Owners Tips:

Walk Coles Track at Point Nepean National Park or walk out to point along road about 3km each way - you'll get views of the bay side and the ocean side. Stunning.

Rock pools at Sorrento back beach or Portsea back beach (head to London bridge) at low tide. Check tides on Willy Weather app. Beautiful.

Walk to Shelly beach, Portsea for a swim and walk along beach front anytime of the day or night (bay end / Pt Nepean Rd) - end of Campbells Road.

Drive to Redhill wineries including Port Phillip Estate, Montalto and Paringa Estate. Only about 30-40 mins drive from the house. Kids love Enchanted Adventure Garden in Arthur's Seat (tree surfing & tubing). Great fun.

Sorrento township has the best places to eat. The Sisters during day or Aqualina for dinner at night. Also offering good food is Italico, or great value for money is Tight-Arse Tuesday's at Morgan's Beach Shack on Sorrento beachfront.

Lots of character and peaceful

We wish you weren't renovating as we love it exactly how it is. Felt very welcome and at home. Older home but lots of character and beautifully presented.

Kids heaven

Our primary school aged kids loved the heated pool, trampoline and huge garden. The adults loved the well appointed kitchen open fire, location and green outlook. We have already booked our next holiday.

A Portsea summer week

This house is shortly due for refurbishment so comments are in context. Located in a quiet court, five minutes from beaches, shops, attractions. Minimal, somewhat spare interior decor. Good TV/fridge/reasonable kitchenware & utensils, splendid timber dining room table & cushions everywhere. Large outdoor shady garden off a large deck with small pool/tennis court/BBQ/shade umbrellas. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating/eating. An easy drive from Melbourne we had not been to the area for many years so did normal tourist track including the museum, Pt Nepean, Portsea Pier, back beaches, Sorrento, artists trails....all very relaxing as was our stay in this house. Review courtesy of Stayz March 2019

Thanks for staying Jane and for being fabulous guests to host. Renovations to kitchen and bathrooms and other refurbished is booked for next winter 2020. In the meantime the house remains clean, neat and very functional. We are so pleased you enjoyed your week.

My wife and I got married at the Portsea pub and we stayed here on our wedding night, the night before my groomsmen stayed with me there and we got photos before the wedding, there’s plenty space about and very comfortable. Review courtesy of Stayz Feb 2019

Fabulous two weeks

We had a great 2 weeks enjoying the house and surrounds. We loved Shelly Beach, Sorrento back beach and walking the beach between Portsea and London Bridge. The kids loved the pool and the trampoline! The only thing we had a small issue with was the comfort of the bed in the main bedroom, otherwise the holiday was perfect! Fleur was an amazing host, we spoke a lot prior to the stay and she was very helpful and accommodating! Review c/o Stayz January 2019

Thanks so much Claire for staying and being fabulous guests. We have upgraded the bed in the master bedroom at your suggestion. Your feedback is much appreciated.

Perfect family holiday house

We loved our 2nd stay at this special property. My children bounced between the trampoline and the pool for three days. It was hard getting them to leave the house! Review C/O Stayz Published Dec 2018
