Lorne Farm Play has been set up to provide a world of entertainment for kids and adult kids. Guests get to experience the farm lifestyle in a large farmhouse set on ten acres. You won’t see or hear any neighbours. The place is all yours, ideal for one or two families. Best of all it’s only a 15-20 minute drive through the towering Otways forest to the beaches of Lorne.

The farm is only 1 hour 40 minutes from Melbourne. Explore the Mountain Ash rainforests that spread almost from your doorstep, to fifty kilometres to the west. Experience the waterfalls and walks of Victoria’s high country. Or drive the fifteen minutes to the Great Ocean Road.

After a day at the beach, tree adventuring or sight-seeing, come back to your own retreat and spread out!

Go yabbying/fishing/riding bikes/trampoline, have a hit of golf, or just sit out on the verandah, or the dam deck, and read a book, wine in hand. Or just gaze over the views in to the valley. So much to do or as little as you please....

Pets are welcome outside and inside apart from carpeted areas, let us know about your pet. There is no livestock, so active dogs will love the space to run in the paddocks.

5/5 Relaxing and Fun

We had a truly relaxing and fun time staying at the Deans Marsh Property. All of the kids loved there time and when they went to bed the parents stayed up talking out near the pizza oven or on the comfortable couches playing card games. Beds were comfortable which all guests appreciated. Lots of toys and fun things to do for children aged 1 years upward. We will definitely be coming back.

Very neat, clean and comfortable property.

We had a great time relaxing, walking and sitting by the open fire. Our dogs loved the large property to run around. Lots of equipment was supplied and movies to watch. The beds were comfortable and the doona’s were warm and comfy.
